More or less the below is my criteria when investing in new coins:

1. The Team
2. Documentation and Website Quality
3. The community pages and activity level of the community and admins
4. Niche – Is the product needed and attractive
5. Does it solve existing issues that exist for people in this space
6. Level of Pre-mining completed
7. Overall Token Supply
8. How the tokens are distributed (Fair distribution between team and community?)
9. Road Map and strategic Plan
10. How much Pre Ico money was gathered and what % discount did early adopters receive, as well as Is there a freeze on early investor and team coins
