I know all about moving pets. My parrot was coming with us from the UK to South Africa. 3 months quarantine at Heathrow and 3 months quarantine in SA before we got him back. The bonus was MAX my African Grey learnt all sorts of new noises. Mainly different jet engines from the planes at Heathrow. That was the best noises the parrot has ever done. Need to get some more recordings so he carries on doing them.
It cost us a small fortune but what can you do. Rhodesian Ridgebacks are beautiful dogs and is right up their with Boerbulls as well.
