WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT
Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great start to the new week! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @narchuk:
Amazing narrow streets. They are drawn to us from history. Now these are not built - only wide avenues, and they are crowded. It's always interesting to walk around small streets. Especially in an unfamiliar city. It is difficult to guess what is waiting for you around the corner? This adds a sense of adventure.

I rewarded @narchuk winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit her blog and check out some of her other photos.
Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!
Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

Here you see a sideview from the famous Veitsdome at Prague. It is an gothic style building and the biggest church in czech republic. It was bulit around 1344.
Length: 124 meters / Hight: 99 meters / Width: 60 meters
The monument of 101 years Jan Hus in the Old Town Square. A quote from him on the monument reads: "love one another and want the truth to everyone." A date that I loved, this whole city is so full of life that you want to never leave it. And all the architectural styles they have are beautiful.
This photo was taken in October 2016.
Hi, a great entry that deserves to be featured in today´s edition. Thank you for sharing. Tomas
Thank you for this opportunity
Today I show a detail of my favorite modern building in Prague: the Dancing House. I took a detail of the windows, forming in this way an abstract image. I used the "movement" of the lines of the building and the unusual shape in order to get the abstract character of the image.
An unusual capture of the Dancing house... I like it!
Bring a bottle of wine and take your place along the edge of the riverbank Vltava - it´s the perfect way to experience Naplavka. I also like to watch and feed the pigeons and swans. I was always wondering why they have chosen to live in this noisy and dusty city.
My today´s entry is this black and white shot of snow-covered Naplavka taken in December 2015. You can also see a tiny silhouette of the Prague Castle in the upper left corner. I have already said that many times but Prague really has its charm in every season of the year :)
St Nicholas Cathedral -
A fabulous cathedral with Baroque style architecture. A stunning chandelier at the entrance to enchant you when you enter. The paintings on the walls are beautiful. You just cannot miss this green dome when you are in Mala Strana. You will find these white statues in every corner of this cathedral. Some statues are covered in gold and look stunning. Definitely a must visit when you are in Prague.
Great to get some pics from inside as most I get is from outside. Thank you for that. Tomas
St. Vitus Cathedral. The impression of the cathedral is amazing ... the first thought that arose when I saw it - "I got into a fairy tale".
The second thought is whether it was done by a man's hands ?! According to legend, St. Wenceslas himself began construction in the beginning of the 10th century. Whether it is so is unknown, but it is for certain that construction lasted about 600 years.
Great info Jul. Thank you for that. Tomas
Twice I was in Prague for the new year. But these were completely different holidays. Usually I do not really like noise and large crowds. But at that time there was a cheerful company. We walked and had fun all night. Probably half of the city passed on foot. Stop then in one place in the other. But I made only a few photos. This one is one of them. Made almost at midnight.
Great place to celebrate:)....

Back in Kampa Park, you'll find a statue, that when clean may be beautiful, but in its current state only creeped me out. It actually inspired me to create an album of creepy/scary things I've discovered in Prague, including the faceless baby statues in this same park and the WWII memorial not far away. And as with most terrifying photos, it must be edited in black and white.
Oh well, that is the shame... I guess you find that in one way or the other all around the world. Tomas
Here is a picture of the Column of the Holy Trinity in Malá Strana near St. Nicholas Church, my photo from yesterday. It is pretty close to Prague castle, you can see it to the left of the picture. The monument was really pretty.
This is the Strahov Monastery in Prague. Besides the beautiful architecture, what is so cool about this place is that it is still a working place of pilgrimage, as well as a valuable museum and a famous library, still holding over 16,000 books!
What a wonderfull image!
Hi from Prague
The Charles Bridge is the most famous bridge built in Prague in 1357. The facilities of the symbols of Prague are placed in the front row on the list of places to visit in Prague. The bridge connects Prague Castle and Mala Strana with Stare Mesto. Built at the place of Judith Bridge, this bridge is 516 meters long and 13 meters high. In the Vltava River, Charles was a survivor of a great salesman, and has been used as a pedestrian road for centuries.
The bridge is not only a single work of art, but also draws attention to as many as 30 sculptures on it. All of these sculptures in the National Gallery Lapidarium are replicas and original. The most famous of these sculptures is St. Jan of Bohemian, Nepomuk, and the saint, the king himself, is thought to have been martyred because his wife refused to confess their sins. The most recent of these sculptures are Cyrill and Methodius, and Christian missionaries are depicted.
Its good click bro . Well done 😊
Thank you for your extensive information. Have a great day. Tomas
I love taking pictues with different angles, even if it means the building is not completely in the picture. I feel like it gives it a special touch. This picture is from Prague, and it is this beautiful church! This church is just mindblowing, don't you think?
It certainly does look amazing!
Thank you so much :))
Posting something different today. Definitely one of the most vicious sculptures I've ever seen. This is a work of art by the famous sculptor Adriaen de Vries (1556–1626). We discovered this work of art in the gardens of the Wallenstein Palace in Prague.
Gald to see you still have some pics left Jaco! Great entry. Tomas
Haha, I've posted most of my best ones in your challenge, but I still have a few in my back pocket. ;)
This photo captures main station in Brno. Everything seemed to be so calm at night. It was like time stood still. There was this one lonely train. Who knows where was it heading… Maybe to the Prague? Or maybe to some other exciting location in the Czech Republic.
Hi from the Prague again. I took this picture for Monday challange 😊 the roof looks very nice from above. Always love you Prague !
Its really amazing :) thanks for this pic!
Great pic but short of the minimum 30-word description to qualify for an upvote... Thank you for your understanding. Tomas

I have already published this picture on Steemit once. In the small village of Vitějovice near Prachatice there is an interesting building. It is a bread oven in which the villagers could dine bread. There are baking for residents and visitors several times a year. Unfortunately, I did not know when the oven was built.
Your blog is just amazing sir :)

Knitted Marilyn Monroe in Prague City! After Dinner my Girlfriend and I took a walk through the old City in prague and suddenly we found this "masterpiece". PS.: When my Girlfriend looked away, I took a quick look under her rock. The Result: Not what you want to see.

DANCING ON THE CHARLES BRIDGE
You will fell in love with this place! Charles bridge is amazing with all the giant statues on it and the beautiful Vlatava River. Best time to visit is sunrise but you can also prefer to come here also at sunset. We prefered sunrise because it was just us on the bridge and the light was perfect for the photography... I enjoyed a lot during the photo shooting session :) If you want to see the bridge with musicians and artists, then you can prefer to visit in the afternoon. But it will be very crowded with the tourists from all over the world :)
