Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @liltammy:

National Museum as seen and captured from the Wenceslas Square in the center of Prague. Founded in 1818 by Kašpar Maria Šternberg and František Palacký, the National Museum now houses almost 14 million items from the areas of natural history, history, arts, music and librarianship, which are located in dozens of buildings.

I rewarded @liltammy entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit her blog and check out some of her other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

There are several beautiful gardens in the historic center of Prague, such as this one. I am not sure about the name of this garden but I remember it was a very nice place to enjoy some relax from all the hustle and bustle of the city.

Matthews Fair “Matejska pout” in Prague is the first sign that spring is here and that is why everybody loves it. It is without doubt the most popular and biggest fair in Prague, maybe even in the Czech Republic.

The Vrtba Garden
Beautiful garden, beautiful garden architecture and everything right in the center of Prague. You can also buy a brochure with beautiful photos and everyone can relax and relax in the garden.

The first time I saw "Dancing House" in some magazine. He struck me very much, and promised herself that I would definitely see him someday. At that time I had not thought of flying to Prague, but after a few years, I first visited this city. Riding a boat on the Vltava, I saw this house from the side of the river. I recognized him immediately. I stood and looked as if spellbound. Well, it is necessary to invent and build this. Very interesting. If you are suddenly in Prague, and want to look at the "Dancing House", then it is quite simple to find it. It is located on the Vltava Embankment, at the corner of Resslova Street.

Cesky Ktumlov
Just lovely especially in night, great for a couple of days with a few really nice restaurants and coffee shops. The castle and garden were unique and beautiful and other than that just dandering around and exploring is with the river always giving a lovely view. Just what you need for a relaxing weekend break.

Powder Tower is historic monument and is happening area adjoining to Municipal house. Its one the 13 original old city gate which separates old town from the new town. The gate was used to store gunpowder in the 17th century, hence the name Powder Tower or Powder Gate.

Sedlec Ossuary
The place is unique in the world, although it is very macabre (a whole chapel decorated with human bones) is what I liked the most in the Czech Republic. If you have the opportunity, do not miss it because you will hardly see something similar anywhere else.

The Old Town Hall’s Tower is a must visit place in Prague, it’s one of the oldest town halls in the world. The entrance fee to the tower is 250 Kc, and the views are totally worth the visit. The tower is around 70m tall, it was built in the 14th century. The Old Town’s astronomical clock is now the oldest functioning astronomical clock in the world. There are elevators to get to the ticket’s office and to the top of the tower. The views from above are really breathtaking.

St. Barbara's Church
I consider the Kutna Hora Cathedral to be a real gem of Gothic architecture. It is an extremely beautiful building, moreover carefully repaired and maintained, which certainly requires considerable resources. I really liked the cross vaults and the restored frescoes (sometimes including the info panels explaining the restorers' procedures). The last time we heard a short performance of the choir and it was really impressive.
