Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @bittru:
299 steps to the top of this petrin tower but well worth the walk as the views across Prague are absolutely stunning. You could pay a bit extra to get the lift but where is the fun in that?! It cost us 150 czk each to enter the tower. It is well worth a visit and not just for the tower, Petrin Hill itself is lovely and there is a café underneath the tower. The tower offers a really great panoramic view over the whole area.
I rewarded @bittru entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.
Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!
Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

The Roman Catholic church on Peace Square (Náměstí Míru) in honor of the "mother of Czech lands" St. Ludmila (Kostel sv. Ludmily) impresses with its Gothic architecture. Even from a distance, in perspective, the streets of Yugoslav (Jugoslávská), the strict outlines of the church draw attention to themselves. I liked the three-nave facade of the building - two tall bell towers with clocks look very good. On the square are "delicious" fair. On one of these lucky to go. Very nice.
Photo taken at Old Market Square in Prague during Easter. In the foreground can be seen Easter eggs at tree branches specially located for this occasion. You can also see par of the Easter market at the Square. At the background of the image there is the famous Old Town Hall Tower.
Ruins of Rokštejn Castle, Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, Moravia (Czech Republic)
This romantic ruin can be found in the middle of the woods. Once upon a time it was an important strategic place. The castle belonged alternately to the king and the local nobility. There was also a robber knight.
The glory of the castle ended with the spread of gunpowder. The castle was conquered and destroyed at the beginning of the Hussite Wars. (After 1420.)
The historic center of cesky krumlov is a must-see destination. The whole place is like a fairytale, like a painter's canvas. The architecture of the city is amazing and ideal for couples or for the lovers of the nature.
This Roman Catholic church, the Sedlec Ossuary, is the burial place of thousands of people who died from either the plague in the 14th century or the Hussite wars a couple of centuries later. There are amazing designs and garland made totally of human bones and layers upon layers of skulls artfully decorating some of the glass enclosed rooms. The outside cemetery is beautiful and many wealthy residents of the area chose to be buried here.
Inside of st. Vitus Cathedral
The beautiful majestic Gothic cathedral impresses with its size and beauty. Inside the cathedral is breathtaking when you see luxurious stained glass windows, The realization that the history was going on here is fascinating and impressive. Crowds of tourists visit this cathedral daily. A real work of art in Prague Castle.
Franz Kafka's rotating head is a moving statue of Franz Kafka. It is close to the exit of "Narodni trida" metro station. They always stand around a lot of people and admire the statue. They have not seen such Franz Kafka yet.
Beautiful view from Petrin Tower
The views from the tower give spectacular views over the city and any budding photographer would love it! Well worth the effort of getting there and if you have time spend some time exploring the park it is in.
St. Barbara's Church
This building is impressive. The unusual roof and architecture is a must see. Inside the stained glass windows and wall murals are brilliant works of art. This church is not overcrowded with religious icons so you can enjoy viewing things individually. Definitely worth a visit.

HAPPY - swanlike - EASTER from the beautiful flower garden to be found in the little Czech village Konárovice ~ 💝 ~ !
This impression is from a few years ago when everything still looked a bit more unkempt than nowadays ~ but on the other hand this makes the wildly romantic charm of the location just all the more palpable :)
The ancient trees in the background of course are the perfect frame always ~ not even to mention the spirited inhabitants in the form of birds from big to little...! If all goes well there could be baby swans again this year which would be the greatest of present :)
