Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @sadatsavvy:
Yes the charles Bridge is historic and you cannot visit Prague without seeing the Charles bridge. I was really happy about how happy tourist were for seeing and enjoying this incredible environment. The only thing i did special was to climb up and take this amazing and awesome shot. The atmosphere that day was serene and conducive after a light rainfall(drizzle).

Restaurant Slunecni terasa T-Anker
We passed by and we were very happy to find this restaurant.
Very nice place, a terrace with a beautiful view and what struck me the most is the kindness of a particular server who spoke French as well as I think it was the most kind person with us during our stay.
We have tasted the burger T-anker really very good.
I really advice this restaurant
I only hear good things about this restaurant and more people might find it beneficial when visiting Prague. What a great entry for today.
View of the church in Sudomerice, a little pictoresque Southern Moravian village located just a few kilometers outside the town of Hodonin. Built between 1930 and 1933, the church is the most dominant landmark of the village.
Historic buildings on the Olbrichova Street in the center of the Silesian city of Opava. The church in the background is an Evangelical church coloquially known as the Red Church. The yellow building in the middle is the main seat of the Silesian University of Opava.
I love how that blue part of the building stands out. Great shot.
Panorama of Karlova Street, Prague
Most of the Prague photos published over the web are captured around Charles Bridge. But there are many other even more charming places in Prague. Here is the panorama of narrow winding Karlova street with the Church of Assumption of Mary as main focal point.
Prague looks like such a dreamy place. Even every corner and street looks like taken out of a fairytail!
My home town Ostrava was build on coal mines. At picture you can see Museum of Ostrava at Masaryk Square witch is biggest square at Ostrava. Ostrava dont have that much historic buildings like Prague, but you can still find some really nice buildings here as well.
Ondřejov Observatory is the main observatory of the Astronomical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, which is also home to it. It is situated on the outskirts of Ondřejov, 35 km southeast of Prague, at an altitude of about 500 m. The observatory was built in 1898 by the amateur astronomer Josef Frič, who donated it to the Czechoslovak state in 1928. In 1967, a two-meter mirror telescope was installed at the observatory, at the time being the 7th largest telescope in the world. It is still the largest telescope in the Czech Republic.
The Prague castle can be viewed in several angles. This is the front or entrance view. The beautiful entrance that leads tourists to the historic Prague castle. The castle also houses the Vt. Vitus Cathedral. Indeed there is a lot to hear about the prague castle. I therefore recommend the Prague castle to all and sundry.
Hello there @czechglobalhosts ! Thank you for the initiative!
I'm going to share a picture taken last autumn from Vyšehrad - a fortress defending the city from the south..
Our ancestors had to look this direction for possible invaders, who wanted to take over our great city.
Vyšehrad is one of my favourite places, for it is very peaceful (there is a great cemetery with some of the most important Czech's resting in peace there) and green. It is a medieval fortress and full of historical buildings.. I always feel very refreshed coming back home from there.
That is katedrála svatého bartoloměje. originally the church of St. Bartholomew is a Gothic church located on the Main Square in Plzeň, Czech Republic. The church is located on the northern side of the square, which is quite an unusual placing with regard to the era. One of the most beautiful place.
When you visit Krkonoše through the spring or summer, or maybe in autumn but you need to have good weather conditions and visibility, you can enjoy the view from the top of the Czech highest mountains. Many different path walks can bring you to beautiful sceneries like this one!
Ahoj!
St. Barbara’s is the most spectacular gothic cathedral in the Czech Republic, a land noted for its Gothic cathedrals. Spires of St. Barbara's cathedral. In the late 1300s St. Barbara’s was founded by the rich mine owners of Kutná Hora. in an attempt to further their religious independence from the Cistercian monastery at Sedlec and compete with the grandeur of Prague’s St. Vitus cathedral.
I really couldn't find a lot of information about this quaint rotunda church in Old Town Prague. There is a notice on the gate with Mass times and even the web page for the Old Catholic Church listed doesn't give much information. If you would like to find this lovely little rotunda church it is near the Restaurace U chlupatýho ducha, or "the restaurant by the hairy ghost." I think that name raises more questions than it answers.
Prague is a mystical city.
In fact, with these words begins each guide to Prague.
Arriving in this beautiful place, you can visit the excursions "in the wake of the ghosts."
Everything is pretty trite. The city is old, a city with a difficult and interesting history. Constantly some excitement, murder, many alchemists lived in this place. The craving for mysticism also makes itself felt. The people have always drawn to things that are incomprehensible. But, as you know, there is no noise without fire. There are special guides to Prague, where it is indicated where and what ghosts can be met, how to answer them, how to help them. From some it is recommended to run rudely
Unusual empty street of Cesky Krumlov. It's worth to turn into some small street so you can discover more. I like also to get lost in new place, then I can see city from different point of view.
Well I am not able to understand how will @steemcleaners bust those fake pics :/
Wow. good travel and amazing photo i like post my friend @czechglobalhosts
As the song says " I left my heart in Prague", is very true. The place is full of mystery, beautiful music, good food ( and cheap) and simply enchanting ruled by its historical wonders. Surely, who would not enjoy the magnificence of the place? Charles Bridge the most popular bridge & romantic place in the world. These one take it from a boat.
Thank you @czechglobalhosts for this honour
Prague is so beautiful in part because of the Vltava River, which molded its banks to its pass giving it its peculiar relief. If you can boast of something this city of central European story is the number of bridges that cross its river, forming one of the most 'flashed' panoramas in Prague.
Yes, Prague is so beautiful... And I see London and river Thames on your snap...
I will be wrong when I saved the photos, I have it in my album of Czeh Republic. I'm sorry if it's like that.
I am not going to edit it. I apologize with Tomas. It will not happen again.
Yes, Prague is really a beautiful city, architecture deserves admiration
Be careful using images that are not private property
What did not you like? I realized you like to criticize others.
Is this your personal image?
Prague's history and architecture with all the comforts of modern technology in the center of Prague's bustling old town, see the clean and cool Vltava river
Thanks you @derangedvisions
This image does not appear to be yours. It looks like you just cropped and then flipped this image and are claiming it to be your own work.
