Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @ansharphoto:
Vltava Embankment, Prague. This Vltava Embankment on the lesser town bank of the river not far from Charles Bridge. This place is famouse for hundreds of swans living and feeding by the tourist here. It was a great challenge for me to frame this shot and avoid swans in the frame :)

I rewarded @ansharphoto winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.
Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!
Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

The Village Memorial Reservation Petrov - Plže
It´s a collection of wine cellars above the village of Petrov. It is located about 4 km southeast of Strážnice and 14 km from Hodonín in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. This unique and and very beautiful complex is one of the oldest buildings of folk architecture in the Czech Republic.
I am very happy to see this location entering the contest. What a special place to be featured in today's contest.
Thank you so much, Tome ;)
Beautiful golden sunset over a rapeseed field in a rural part of the Moravian - Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. The rapeseed has become the most common crop in the country but there is some controversy related to it as most of the fields belong to the infamous Czech prime minister. But I dont really want to spoil this peaceful scene with politics :)
So awesome.
Prague View from Old Town Bridge Tower
One of my photo goals in Prague was capturing views from the famous Bridge Towers. I started from the Old Town Bridge Tower and it was technically very difficult capture. I couldn't use my full size tripod up there because there was not enough space. So I bring very small pocket size tripod. To fit square below the tower I had to shoot panorama from 2 horizontal frames - 1 for bottom and 1 for top. I almost dropped my camera during the shoot - thanks to the camera strap coiled around my hand...
Silhouettes of the group of sculptures of the Sanctuary of the Holy Crucifix and Calvary on the Charles Bridge against a deep blue afternoon sky. You can see the golden text on Hebrew on the cross. At the background of the image there is the silhouette of St. Vitus Cathedral on the Prague Castle. This group of sculptures dates from the XV century.
Salvador Dali And Alfons Mucha Exhibition
It is very well located and we both enjoyed the Andy Warhol and Dali exhibits. The Andy Warhol was the best, with some music because you're looking for the chance to make my own underground velvet t-shirt screenprint. We loved the place so much we went twice.
Charles Bridge is probably the most famous one in Prague. You can see on the photo how many tourists is walking there and on how many pictures you can find it ;) I took this photo in 2012.
From this foreshortening under the arch you can see the Basilica of St. George Monastery. In Prague, a large number of architectural attractions, where almost every house and stone are impregnated with history. It's nice to just walk around enjoying the views of this beautiful city. However, there are attractions here that you just need to visit, some will have to be all day long.
One of them is Prague Castle, where I was twice and so and could not enjoy the completely beautiful archetype of Prague.
What a great framing to capture your image! Thank you.
I only love taking photograph of well populated Parks and places in Prague, but I had to make an exception for this time when the street was quite deserted and I saw this vehicle passing by, i was glad after taking the picture of the deserted road after seeing it's beauty
This is the reason i cannot forget about my visit to Czech republic. Anytime i step out, i come home with something new. This is Prague city, a beautiful city everyone needs to visit.
Lest i forget, one of my favourite: trams. Trams in prague is arguably one of the best i have enjoyed so far
Going down from the Petrín Tower through the Petrín Park, in Prague, I took this photo of Malá Strana. The church that you can see on the right is St. Nicholas Church, and on the left, you can see part of the Prague Castle. I would like to recommend you to enjoy the views of the city from the Petrín Park.
This photo was taken unaware as I was shocked to see how this place in Prague looked like a place in Asia. I could have submitted this post for an Asian Sunday and it would pass.. The rock, the architectural design of the building was just magnificent
Great shot but just FYI, it is not in Prague. The building is called "Sokoli Hnizdo" (Falcon´s Nest) and it is located in the Ceske Svycarsko National Park in Northern Czech Republic ;) https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sokol%C3%AD_hn%C3%ADzdo
Thank you for this.. I had a hard time remembering places and names... I spent a lot of times in Prague so I generalized most pictures as Prague... Thanks a lot, Thomas.. And p.s you we're right, turned out I actually visited the sokoli hnzido
I am glad to see you got your locations straighten out. What a great place that is.
The cathedral is must visit location in Kutna Hora, take a walk in surrounding area, discover the beauty and greatness of the historic buildings. The church and its surroundings are truly exquisite. We had great time here looking over the vineyards and walking around and inside the church.
Oh yeah, truly recommended, what a great place!
This amazing Cathedral is at the main square of Plzen town. I loved the town too, very clean with lots of shops and bars around.
Very nice gothic cathedral with beautiful mosaic windows and breathtaking tower view on the city. This is definitely "a must to visit" while you are in Plzeň!
Sázava Monastery is a former Benedictine abbey and a monastery in Bohemia (Czech Republic), established by Bretislaus I, Duke of Bohemia around 1032. It is situated some 30 km southeast of Prague, on the right bank of the eponymous Sázava river, a right tributary of the Vltava. The town of Sázava grew around the monastery.
In front of the entrance to the Little Fortress is the National Cemetery, established as such in September 1945, where the mortal remains of the almost one hundred thousand dead of the Little Fortress, as well as those of the Jewish ghetto of the city, were moved and buried. city of Terezín and the Litomêrice concentration camp.
The Golden Portal was the original ceremonial entrance to the Cathedral. Above the entrance is the 14th Century triptych mosaic of The Last Judgement made of approximately one million glass pieces and covering 84 sq. metres. It was made in 1371 at the request of King Charles IV.

You are supposed to submit photos from the Czech Republic only in this contest. You can try submitting it in the Asian Sunday photo contest but you will have to prove it is yours.
Maybe Prague has a China Town now.
@czechglobalhosts can I shear my own travel photography?
That is kind of the point of this. He runs to daily contests. One focuses on the Czech Republic and the other has themes based on the day of the week. Here is the schedule:
Excellent photography

beautiful photography images with natural ocean atmosphere, if there is a chance to also visit there ..
n Prague last night we are taking a boat tour on the Vltava River. We feel much more intense with the night view that it is a romantic city.
The buildings built with the Gothic architecture of the city, the glorious calm of fall for the lightest man, the reflection of the lights on the river and the magnificent view of the churches built on the hills in the dark ...
