WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged and/or reported to @steemcleaners - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @sk-russell:

It is one of the most beautiful squares in the world, and it is the cross of its entire history. Beautiful houses, a unique Astronomical Clock that does not have a single world, are the aisles where the guest of Prague can embrace the unique atmosphere of this exceptional city.

Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

Travel Tip: Kokorin Castle, majestic medieval castle just outside of Prague

View of the Monastery of the Red Cross, which is adjacent to the Charles Bridge. The dominant feature is the Baroque tower at the Church of St. Francis of Seraphim. This tower was built during the reconstruction of the monastery after the siege of the Swedes.

There is no need to look any further. This image is a real stunner that will shine as an entry image in today's post.

Side view of the Velke Hostice Chateau. Located in the village of Velke Hostice, some 5 km outside of the Silesian town of Opava, the chateau was originally built in the Baroque architectural style but it was later reconstructed into a Classicist building.

Statue of a pregnant woman located at Josefov in Prague. It was done by the contemporary and polemic Czech artist David Černý. The sculpture was done using cubes of metals, giving the impression that it was done by “giant lego pieces” or it can also be thought as a “pixelated volume”.

The path between fields, Vysočina (the Highlands)

Old roads ... The first farmers went for thousands of years. Then the merchants started to go with them. The paths were slightly modified for the use of carts. And they served for hundreds of years.
Recently, they have replaced modern roads for cars. And the modern roads are nowhere else.
Perhaps the field path that runs around you is an old imperial way.

I've tried to give this photo kind of old feeling (means I just used a retro filter :D )+ also get rid of the veggie market rush which was going on the square. Square is actually called a "Green market" and it's in the city centre of Brno, the biggest city/town of Morava region.

This is maybe not the most traditional place to watch the sunset, but it certainly is a beautiful spot. We were around the main train station, saying 'good bye' to an old friend and ended up here. Although it is quite in the center, it is a very peaceful place.

I love Prague, but a gem many people forget is Cesky Krumlov. This picture was made by me a few years ago during a visit to Cesky Krumlov using the panorama function on the camera.Cesky Krumlov on Steemit.jpg

This is the place to be. There are so many people around. All sorts of entertainment going on and inexpensive places to eat. We ate here both nights and also had a drink here. You could spend hours just watching the world go by. Prague old town is the most beautiful in Europe. It is loaded with places to see and offers and easy access to Charles Bridge, the city's oldest.

It isn't the best picture, but it shows the Old Market Square in Prague during the Christmas market season, meaning it is totally crowded and it has an amazing atmosphere. To me, a bit overcrowded, but still fantastic!prague before christmas.jpg

July is Franz Kafka's birth month. He was born July 3rd, 1883. A native of Prague, he is ever-present as you walk through the city. Much of his formative years revolved around Old Town Square. He lived right by the astronomical clock, and he went to school inside the Kinský Palace which you can see to the left of the Stone Bell Tower right behind the Jan Hus monument.

If you are interesting in learning more, I just posted the first of a two-part series on my encounters with Kafka during my stay in Prague.

Incredible dancing house building at Jiraskovo namesti. It's just like looking at a still photograph of an earthquake as it happens. A fascinating piece of architecture. A very iconic building which stands out architecturally seen right across the city.
It is one of these buildings you will like it or loath it.

Southern Moravia is one of the best places to visit.
Moravian Karst is very nice place. One of the attractions I very much wanted to see around Brno was Punkva Cave but the karst area is located about a half hour or so outside Brno and isn't easy to get to if you don't have a car. The cave was well decorated and the tour moved at an unhurried pace so you could get good pictures.

The streets artists

musicpraga.jpg

On my first post for the Prague/Czech Republic - Monday photo challenge I said that besides the astonishing old architecture, what I liked most about Prague were their streets artists. In this picture I gave myself the freedom of artistically edit my photo to make that point: the artists give life to the city.

Sit back and relax on the cushions of an elegant carriage, as if you were traveling at a time when automobiles did not exist. You will leave the Old City, home to grand palaces, imposing churches and the famous astronomical clock; it is truly the oldest district of Prague.

A pleasant ride will take you through the medieval streets lined with colorful and beautifully renovated buildings from the 14th century. The bustle of the street will pass before your eyes as you drink the romantic atmosphere of the beautiful Czech capital.

nice selection with this one👌

Thank you very much. i'm glad you like this one.

OMG!! I think my heart stopped for second when I saw the title. I live in CZECH REPUBLIC! And just 4 hours from Prague!! That's insane! I love your travel vlogs, you are amazing!! love from Czech. ♥

Oh my gosh! You were in Prague😭 I'm going to cry right now cause I'm from Czech and I wish that I can see you, maybe another time😭😢❤️

I'm so glad you went to Europe! Prague is really beautiful and if you liked it you would be in love with Cracow! <3 kisses from Poland!

My favourite place to visit in Czech Republic is OSTRAVA. The land of the industrial things. Although I haven't been there yet, my friend lives there and you said let me know in the comments what you think. So this is what I think. :D

Czech Krumlov is for me the most beautiful one. I also like Loket or Karlovy Vary. As Czech, I REALLY miss Kutná Hora. Its really wonderfull place with so many amazing places like the cemetery church. i hope that you like Czech Republic as much as me, haha.
I have 3 questions:

  1. Where are you from guys?
  2. When did you visit CZ?
  3. Which one do you like the most?
