Golden Dunes. Yet next view from Egypt. Pretty amazing panorama of the golden dunes of the Nile, nearby Aswan. Shot from small sailing boat while traveling to small and authentic Nubian village. Still hot, though winter day with even some nice cloud formations making the final view much more interesting. Enjoy it!

Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total.

@boilingchill Asian Sunday entry:
My entry for the new year is one of my favourite images of 2018. With the Kuju-Renzan in the background, the Shindonotaki Falls stand out as a silver sliver that slices through the great Narukogawa Keikoku forest.

@vinceboisgard Australian Monday entry:
Standing on the top of Summer's cliff I watch the night lights shining over the bay. A few clouds are floating in the sky and the stars are a little shy tonight. Still the view is just amazing and the place so peaceful!

I love the light in this photo, the dark clouds sitting just above the ice made for some beautiful contrast. The photo was taken whilst on a filming trip for ‘The Map to Parsdise’.

Deserts of Egypt
The first day of our journey in Egypt and morning bus ride from Hurghada to Luxor to start cruise up the Nile. So desert and desert and desert.. and some mountains far away. But still worth a click, which was actually done through the window of the moving bus. And polarized window gave such quite unusual color tones at the end...
Enjoy the scenery :)

Looks like heaven is just a foot step away in this picture. This picture was taken in Jos northern part of Nigeria, a road through which motorist ply to various destinations .
I went traveling through 6 Southern Africa countries and one of my favourites is Namibia. This photo was taken in the Namib desert, of the Big Daddy dune... which is incredibly hard to climb.
Temple of Isis, Philae, Egypt. Looking at the top of the wall, we see windows overlooking the island of Biggeh. It is way smaller now since the displacement of the temple because of floods following the construction of the Aswan High Dam.
