Hello fellow Steemians!
Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 200 SBD! Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of Australia. I am also adding New Zealand to the same challenge as there were some concerns from other Steemians as to which continent NZ belongs to.

Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total.

When I participated in an expedition on on the island of Sakhalin, the bay "Silent" which is in 150 kilometers to the north of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk became one of points of our travel. It has appeared the amazing place with the mountains, improbable on beauty, entirely covered with the juicy-green woods and the tender ocean washing the sandy coast. Absolute paradise for fans of quiet rest with tents, for fishermen and of course for photographers!

Milford Sound is so beautiful! I wish I could go hiking there someday. I went there twice but both times with parents on the touristy cruises. Still beautiful though.

The Southern Island of NZ is a beautiful destination at all seasons and Wanaka is right in the middle. If you hike up the surrounding mountains you are going to offer yourself a splendid view of that long-stretched lake, where blue mixes with blue in several shades...

From Mount Eden heights, this is what Auckland looks like. It is a superbe view over the city with all the wilderness in the background. New Zealand is still wild even in near by big cities :)

Here is a picture of the Opera House with the Opera Bar in the foreground during the Vivid Festival. Each year during the Vivid Festival, The Opera House is lighted up by all kinds of light art display, attracting many people to come to Sydney and enjoy an evening of amazing light show.

I've been absent a bit from this challenge :-)
So here is another entry from beautiful Australia again. This one is a view I found near Katoomba in the Blue Mountains. There are many viewpoints in the area, the most popular being the Three Sisters view. But if you wander along the extensive network of trails along the rim you can also find beautiful views like this, which you will have for yourself.

Hi, my entry today was taken in Monkey Mia.
This beautiful part of Western Australia is located about 900 km north of Perth.
The main attraction here are the bottlenose dolphins that have been coming close to shore and interacting with humans for more than fifty years.
What a sunset! Fabulous!

One of the most beautiful places in Australia is the Great Ocean Road went there last week and it was amazing, took this picture with my Iphone 8, this doesn't do justice to the natural beauty of the place but it can show why this is a must visit natural heritage.

from New Zealand , On the shore of the breathtakingly blue waters of Lake Tekapo and framed by the Southern Alps sits the iconic Church of the Good Shepherd.
charming stone façade is the perfect piece of Mackenzie heritage to sit pride of place in any picture, adding perspective to the wide-open landscape.
Built as a memorial to the pioneers of the Mackenzie region, the Church has been home to thousands of weddings and has seen more than its fair share of visitors to its grounds. The foundation stone was laid by HRH the Duke of Gloucester, on January 15 ,1935

I took this photo on a winter evening as I walked down the empty beach with my friend. We were there to capture the sunset by Gibson Steps, on the Great Ocean Road and we were not disappointed. The view turned every shade of orange, pink and purple, and the clouds covered the sky in the most interesting of ways. It was a rather majestic sunset.

For today's entry I want to bring you all to Agnes Waters/Seventeen-Seventy. The last possible place to surf along the journey I made up to Cairns in the 'winter' of last year. it was also an amazing place to catch a beautiful sunset almost any day of the week!

Today I'm sharing a photo we took in North Sydney where there was a yacht race. We were at a friends wedding the water views were stunning. It is currently autumn in Australia so it is getting cooler but you can still enjoy the sun all your round

Hidden beach in the Abel Tasman National Park, New Zealand
Those lucky kiwis - they have so much beautiful natural beauty in their two islands. The Abel Tasman National Park is a reserve in which one can walk a day trek or even a three/four day camping trek on the coastal path, and whenever you get hot you can walk down to one of the many golden beaches which are conveniently positioned along the trek. This photo is taken in the height of the Kiwi Summer on a day trek whilst walking along the coastal ridge path - look how empty the beach is! The wildlife in this park includes little blue penguins, fur seals and bottlenose dolphins.I want to go back.

Hobbiton Movie Set, Matamata New Zealand - This is just one of the hobbit holes you can find in the Hobbiton Movie Set. A quick info: The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit films were shot here. So for those who are fans, you MUST visit this place! After we toured around the place, we got a chance to gulp down on some ginger ale. What an awesome way to cap off the experience!

It really is!! 😍 You should go here! The guide's gonna tour you around the place. The movie set is not just about the hobbit holes. You can see the mill by the pond and the hobbits' clothes hanging, and the place is just a perfect site for the shoot, as the director Peter Jackson wanted it to be. Also at the end of the tour you get to grab a mug of ginger ale or beer. 😊

Fraser Island
One of the biggest tourist attractions on the eastcoast. Everyone will see The Maheno, which is the most famous of Fraser Island's wrecks and has become a landmark attraction. Built in 1905, the SS Maheno was one of the first turbine-driven steamers. She plied a regular route between Sydney and Auckland until she was commissioned as a hospital ship in Europe during World War One. Unfortunately it ended up here!
How great is Fraser island. I have not been there since 1998 !
It is beyond everything I've seen before. I don't know if anything is changed cause I've been there only once. But I can tell all was pretty well arranged. Traffic, sightseeing, rubbish and so on.
Sydney Opera House - Australia The peaks and the opera are even more aesthetically pleasing in person. This landmark building is located in the center of Sydney Harbor and is surrounded by the circular waterfront at one end. What's even better, you can dine inside the opera
