Lesser Town water tower, next to Jirásek´s Bridge, Prague. This tower was built in 1562. Until the 19th century it was the only water tower on the left bank of the Vltava river. I was interested in its connection to the building.

Summer memory from the Czech Republic. I snapped this sunset shot just outside of a tiny Silesian village in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. The tree silouhettes on the horizon literally begged to be featured in the photo and I simply could not resist their appeal :)

Prague. It’s not even necessary to search for historical sites and see the sights, it’s a pleasure to walk, wander, wander around in the beautiful narrow streets. In Prague, antiquity and modernity coexist wonderfully. It was difficult to get used to this picture, where modern cars are parked under the ancient walls. For example, like here. The Church of St. Martin in the Wall is considered one of the oldest in the Old Town. It was founded at the beginning of the XII century by Princess Adleta.

View of beautiful Czech winter countryside surrounding the picturesque village of Hrcava. Home to just 262 people, easternmost village of Czech Republic, close to the Trojmezí (point where three countries come together – the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia).

Chateau in Libeň, Prague. Today, Liben is part of Prague. But until the 19th century it was a separate village. There was once a fortress that was rebuilt at the end of the 16th century to chateau. The chateau has undergone many modifications - Baroque and especially Rococo. In the Rococo style, the chapel of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary was built. The highlight of the glory was the second half of the 18th century. At that time, Maria Theresia, Joseph II and Leopold II sometimes stayed here. The treaties were concluded and edicts issued here.
But that's all gone. Today wedding ceremonies are the most common here.

This time I decided to play with editing a bit. I want to learn this skill. When I see beautiful photos I admire the photographer's abilities:) but even if a photo isn't that good a person who knows how to work with different editors can still make it beautiful!

Night shot of the special Christmas decorated tramcar passing through the historic center of Brno. Home to approximately 400,000 people, Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic and a poplar tourist destination as it boasts beautiful architecture.

The Adria Palace in Prague is a beautiful building with a very modern architecture, located at the corner of Narodni and Jungmannova streets. The passage has the shape of a circular gallery with a glass ceiling. I like the interior of the passage is very exclusive.

How and where to spend a great time? In my home region Slovácko. Great wine, friendly people and “sunny” time everywhere. Picture has been taken in Kudlovice - part which is called Kudlovsky žleb. If you wanna have a good time you should start wine tasting in the first house and continue whole day till the end of the street :))

View of the St. Hedwig´s Church, one of the most important modernist architectural landmarks of my Czech hometown of Opava. Built between 1933 and 1937, the church is considered one of the greatest works of the prominent Silesian architect Leopold Bauer. Easily recognizable by its unusual, pyramid-like appearance, the church is dedicated to St. Hedwig (also known as Hedwig of Silesia), a famous Duchess of Silesia who lived in the late 12th and early 13th century.
