Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great start to the new week! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @tmayd:
On a promontory overlooking the valley, the gothic church of St Barbara and the baroque Jesuit College (now the Gallery of the Central Bohemian Region) in Kutná Hora stand proud of their heritage, and rightly so, as they are inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. They are fairly easily accessible by train from Prague and make for a great day trip.

I rewarded @tmayd winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit her blog and check out some of her other photos.
Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!
Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.

Toy Museum. This extraordinarily light and fabulously beautiful museum is located on the territory of Prague Castle, next to the famous Zlata Street. A ticket to the museum is sold in the building of the museum, the cost of a general ticket for the Prague grad is not included. Costs 60 kroons. The founder of the museum is Ivan Steiger, my great respect to him! The museum has been operating since 1989. Ivan Steiger director. I was there in 2015, but I heard that the museum moved, I do not know.
A great tip for others to visit. Great entry for today´s edition. Tomas
Špilberk Castle is a castle on the hilltop in Brno. One of the most valuable monuments offers beautiful view over the city. The place is surrounded by beautiful park. The photo was taken in winter 2017.
Prague, the view from the Bridge of the Bridge to the Vltava and the Prague National Theater is a symbol of the Czech revival, built on folk donations and marking the beginning of the development of Czech dramatic and musical art.
Just before the winter weather says goodbye this year, let me share this snowy shot that I took in January 2017 with you. Building snowmen is a traditional Czech winter hobby and I loved it as a kid. Sadly, the Czech winters have been different lately from what I remember and there are way fewer opporunities to practice this creative hobby these days...
Little unusual but very nice:)....
A good pond is almost a lake. Not only a decorative element, complementing human buildings. This is a small world of the most diverse creatures. If you look closely, you can see fish and frogs. And sometimes even turtles. Not even talking about waterfowl. From the childhood I like to stop at the shore of ponds and see who lives there)
And on a trip it is also a great opportunity to rest a little.
Wonderful Waldstein Garden. It's amazing that I missed this place on my first trips to Prague. And only recently I was able to visit there.
Great image! I was going to pick it as a winning entry but your great story is missing a location of the place. Tomas
I realized my mistake)
I will correct in the future!
Another amazing view over Prague. The weather is finally getting warmer, days are getting longer so you can enjoy your coffee in you favourite restaurant and enjoy this beautiful view. Isn´t it amazing?
The colors of Malá Strana buildings on a cold winter day are so beautiful. I took this picture from the Charles bridge (Karlúvm most) that crosses Vltava river. At the top of the hill you can see the majestic Prague Castle (Pražský hrad)
I re-posted, because I posted it into Sunday contest, which is closed.
Třebíč is a Moravian town lying on the Jihlava river. An ancient Jewish town is the part of the historical center. The Old Jewish town is one of the largest in Europe and has been listed on UNESCO World Heritage lis since 2003.
I shot the small aisle with the stairs in that part of the town. We spent the weekend in the Třebíč and we think, the stairs is very typical sign for the town. We had to climb the stairs in the city, but also in the hotel. ;)
Hi! Thank you for the re-post! Great entry. Tomas
Under the dome of the Lucerne arcade in the Nové Město area of Prague, King Wenceslas is riding his dead horse upside down. This statue, a creation of contemporary Czech sculptor David Černý is a parody of the dignified monument in Wenceslas Square located not far from there.
The royal castle of Cheb, located in the western end of the Czech Republic, is one of the few samples of the former representative residences of the Germanic emperors, preserved in Czech territory. In the image the most valuable jewel of the castle, which is the double Romanesque-Gothic chapel of Saint Erhardo and Saint Ursula, a unique work of this type.
Castle Lednice was built in 16th century. In 19th century there was massive reconstruction. It can be found in a small village Lednice. There is beautiful garden and area for long walks near this castle. You can go there with your family or your pet. There is many interesting flowers, statues and things to see.
What an amazing place that is... Even though I do prefer Valtice:)....
This photo was taken in Humpolec. It was rainy day. So, when the rain stopped I had to take this picture. You can see Church of Saint Mikulas which is located in upper square. It is czech cultural monument. It was built in 13th century.
Czech Republic has a lot of catles and palaces to visit. This castle you can find in Nachod close to border with Poland. I remember that Nachod was the first place were I was abroad and I was really excited about that. Pass control really gave you impression that you are going to completly different world :)
Just a question.
If i want to share information and i use other pictures and information from articles
Then i need to Tag them and give links to the places i took the information from Yeah ?
and that won't cause trouble ?
in my opinion, you should provide the source image that there is a picture in your post, so as not to be a problem.
that's my opinion
Yeah i usuallly provide all the information about the creators of the image
Hi, depends what you use it for. If you use someone elses´s image from other sources you have to make sure you have the rights to publish that. In that case, you do have to give a credit to the author of the image and source it properly. For the purpose of may challenges, only own personal images reflecting the particular challenge will be accepted.
This leant street is one of the streets leading to the Prague Castle. It shows interesting features, such as the colours of the houses the window so close to the floor and the classic street lamps. The house of yellow colour was built in neoclassical style.
I have seen this image before:)....
night view. in Prague's national theater. from the direction of the legion bridge.

St. Anthony's Cathedral Anthony Nicholas in Lesser Town is a very unique church. There are many statues. outside and inside the church
