It’s so easy to recall an event or life lesson you learned through photos or video and it can spark inspiration on a new journey, relationship or venture in life.
I admit some of my photos sadden me due to a family loss etc. and hard to look at, but through the pain of that too, I still can grow through having more compassion and tolerance in life for others.

Grow together thru happy and sad times

When I feel stuck in some area in life, like I am currently, I want to review my behavior and approach in trying for that goal what I want to achieve.

I feel like I could have capitalized on some opportunities but due to my lack of follow up, I missed some goals. “Note to self. Follow up, follow up, and follow up”

Introduce..Conversation..Capture..Bye..Follow up..

I feel like I think when took those selfies and pictures I was happy per se and hopeful for the future.

Recalling your journey through pictures or video is a perfect way for you look back reflect and to grow.

This throwback moment was when I was a photojournalist for an International news outlet, which I am a periodical contributor.
I focused on the entertainment field and was assigned to cover red carpet events, art openings, book release events and everything in between.

The photos in this blog are from SCOPE art show in New York City.

I liked covering this event and met so many talented artist and attendees. It is easy for me to connect with people at first glance due to a skill my mentor taught me.

He said to have a good disposition.

That partly means to make people feel comfortable and make them feel like they are the most important person in the room.

The challenge of going to those events requires important skills.

  1. Public relations
  2. Approachability
  3. Proficiency

I feel I grow professionally, spiritually and personally in the environment of networking and social media.
Looking back at this moments pulls me closer to my purpose.
