This is Mission Bay. A popular beach to visit during summer in New Zealand. There are resraurants and cafes and a nice garden and park too.
The water is calm. Not much wave
There is park with fountain
Children Playground
Flower gardens
Monument in the garden
Boats parked on the beach

That beach has a pretty awesome view, I love the mountain in the background.

A very nice beach, my friend. There is also this beach in the Moroccan city of Agadir and a wonderful destination worth visiting

Yeah. Mission Bay is most popular beach area in New Zealand. I've heard before. But never seen live. amazing photography with your daughters. I think both of her really happy with stay there. Garden nicely maintained.

@djohan, Absolutely brilliant photography in NZ. Beach seems travelers paradise. Other playground area is better to kid's activities. Flower garden really beautiful. Thanks for inspiration.

Were you able to go sailing on one of the boats?
There are 2 small islands blocking the wind, i think that's why the wave is really small. Yes it's public and free entry, we didn't go on the boats
