WATCH THE FIRST PART OF THE VIDEO BELOW.

The walk is necessary and compulsory as everyone alights their vehicles and make that walk from one country to the other.

Filming or taking pictures of any kind is not allowed as when you raise your phone, people will warn and some will shout you down. There are enforcement officers at every point.
But, being a local blogger with the decentralized mindset, I decided to give it a shot and this is one part of the 3 parts videos I did.
Along the way, we stopped and got some food. Suya, fried yam, fried plantain etc was the menu and we sure had our fill..

We sure had fun after the Meetup in Ghana and also the endless rides from Nigeria to Accra, from Accra to Sunyani and then we did the whole process all over again and spent over 30hours to and fro.
There are more videos and photos to come.
Keep up the efforts out there @ejemai. I am looking forward to more vlogs from you and the team. Take care and be safe brother.

steemit going round the world ..Great job @ejemai
Yes, the world is just not aware what is coming... Steem to the moon!
This road trip is living the dreams of some people. Some would love to travel the world, but their 9 to 5 jobs won't allow it happen. Kudos for steem to be able to power up such dreams. I like to say that steemit is the theatre of dreams. Bring that dream to steemit and watch how it grows to fruition. Congratulations to you and the team. You guys said it and did it. That is awesome.
We always have overzealous and sometimes feisty security in this part of the clime. I noticed a Youtuber from the USA to Mexico filming EVERYTHING with no one telling him not to. He even filmed his discussion with the security personnel on the border.
You just spoke my mind in your first 3lines sir.
You are right, and I am sure it is because there is always something fishy these officers do so they have to protect their criminality. I always wanted to do this kind of thing and I am glad i finally had to while riding fearless with the Steem.
You may not be too far from the truth. I wonder what security risk a phone poses in a border. Not like you have an AK 47 with you :)
The greatest part of this is that you actually love what you are doing; bringing others to the platform. Weldone Sir. I hope to travel the world this way someday.
Epic is right! What an amazing journey. Thank you for sharing @ejemai :)
Thank you for making an Epic stop by...lol. One of the best Steem powered journeys yet.
