Hi there all of you!

If you want to visit Sweden and don't know where to go, you have found the perfect post. I'm going to share some absolutely amazing places from our lovely Sweden.

ABISKO, LAPPLAND

People have come to Abisko for more than a hundred years and it's easy to understand why. One of the reasons is Abisko National Park, which has a flora among the most famous in the mountains. Just in the heart of the park you will find Aurora Sky Station which, together with its surroundings, is said to be one of the world's best places to see the northern lights. For those who want to walk, Kungsleden and several other trails go through the park. Expect a truly magical experience!

VISBY, GOTLAND

Visby is one of the best preserved medieval cities in the Nordic region and has since 1995 been a place on the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The combination of church ruins, medieval houses and one of the world's most beautifully preserved city walls gives Visby a unique atmosphere. In addition, you can swim in the middle of Visby, there is a small sandy beach next to Almedalen. If you love to party, Visby serves as an excellent alternative to Ibiza during the high season, as the city suddenly becomes extremely popular.

FÅRÖ, GOTLAND

Fårö, which is located northeast of Gotland, is something unique. Here you will get to Fåröfärjan, departing from Fårösund - a free boat trip which only takes seven to eight minutes. Although the island is Sweden's eighth largest, only about 500 inhabitants live here (a figure that increases significantly during the summer season). During the summer months, Fårö attracts a lot of tourists thanks to it's beautiful sandy beaches and unique scenery. There are also numerous areas of stately shells on the island, for example at Digerhuvud and Old Harbor. It's easy to understand why Ingmar Bergman, one of Sweden's most famous cultural personalities, fell in love with Fårö!

STOCKHOLMS ARCHIPELAGO, SÖDERMANLAND AND UPPLAND

With it's 30,000 islands, Stockholm's archipelago is the largest in Sweden and the second largest in the Baltic Sea. Stockholm archipelago has been inhabited since the 5th century and today it lives about 10,000 people all year round in the archipelago. The most popular tourist islands include Sandhamn, Finnhamn, Fjärderholmarna and Möja. But thanks to the changing landscape there is really an island for everyone so it's up to you to find your favorite! You go to the different islands with the archipelago boats from Stockholm.

HIGH COAST, ÖRNSKÖLDSVIK-KRAMFORS, ÅNGERMANLAND, SWEDEN

In recent years, the High Coast, together with Gotland, has become one of Sweden's fastest growing tourist destinations. The 130 kilometer long coast offers amazing scenery, hiking, climbing and alot other outdoor activities. In 2000, the High Coast also increased to natural heritage thanks to its unique geology. This well-deserved appointment is based on the fast and large land raising that has taken place since the last Ice Age. Visiting the High Coast, you can see a limited area where you can see some of the landslide impressions in the unique landscape, such as the Kalottberg and the seaside bay.

ICE HOTEL, JUKKASJÄRVI, LAPPLAND

An obvious destination for those in the vicinity of Kiruna during the winter season is the small village of Jukkasjärvi. The village is famous for being home to world famous ICEHOTEL, which is not only Sweden, but the world's first ice hotel. Every year, the hotel is rebuilt and attracts everything from couples to families. In addition to the pleasure of living in an ice room and sleeping on pure leather, you can also look for northern lights or indulge in local activities such as dog sledding, hiking or snowmobiling. The day ends with the ice hotel's popular ICEBAR.
