It is awesome to see how they use the waterways as streets. It reminds me of some old European roads, they are so narrow! ;) Thanks for sharing another piece of your beautiful travels with us all. the little videos were also a great addition in there. Namaste :)

Thanks eric, it's kind of like the streets of Venice, except with much more natural setting. Each has their unique and drawing qualities!

thanks englishtchrivy, you know what, the smell was actually still very natural. It's just the boats with motors making some smells, but otherwise all very fresh air.
On second inspection, it might well be a mango tree... i'm not sure how to tell.

Fun fact: Bangkok is nicknamed the 'Venice of the East' because of these similarities and canals etc. :)
