So summer is here , i will try to make it easier for you to choose a destination. First stop today is Kimolos. It is not a highly promoted island and maybe it is them who want to keep a low profile. If you 're not into clubbing and want to spend some quality time into a slow paced and relaxed vacation mode you should really consider it. Ok so first things first, it is located here https://goo.gl/aFB61w . I am gonna share with you some photos, but i will leave the rest for you to discover, don't wanna spoil the whole trip!
(ok you can find many open libraries this one really caught my eye they are randomly placed in their village in chests or like that one with hanging books on the branches.)
(These are called sirmata, behind those doors they have carved the rock in order to pull intheir fishing boats and keep them safe)
(That one is definitely among the most unique landscaping. They call it Elephant and is an actual rock carved by the sea that looks like an elephant.)
You can find sandy beaches, among which only one or two were organized (not that it had bad impact on my experience), or rock formed ones (not with pebbles like the one at the elephant where you take a dive). I can reassure you of crystal clear water, friendly and smiling people that take care of their island and their visitors.
Their motto is : Κίμωλος Παράδεισε μου (meaning Kimolos my paradise)
