Exploring Jordan

A ExploreTraveler Presentation

In this post we take you on an adventure into the desert, along the beaches, and within the hidden cliff walls of Petra. This is meant to be a guide that connects you to many more post's and any words that are blue to will take to to the post associated with the photo and title.

We spent allot of time there, and collected a tremendous amount of information, photographs, and video. We are going to add more content here that is new, and add links to pre-existing material that you can review over time. There is some minor commentary along the way, but we have kept it too a minimum in order to make this fun, and entertaining to everyone know matter what language you speak.

Petra is certainly a jewel of Jordan, and one of the major wonders of the world. It is a must see, and not always what people expect once there. Most of what people see are the burial grounds of an old ancient civilization, and the area where everyday people lived along with local business of it's day is at another site called "Little Petra". When we went there off the normal tourist path we where completely by ourselves except for local children playing within the area.
