Covenant Mountain & Paradise Garden of Eden Restored
Located at the foothills of Mt. Apo in Tamayong, Calinan, Davao City

Do you want to experience a taste of HEAVEN? A place where you can feel God's presence... Rest, Meditate and Pray! Visit the PRAYER MOUNTAIN.

Open to visitors daily from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Please secure passes before coming to visit the place. Make your reservations ahead of time as the Prayer Mountain only allows a limited number of people inside the garden and prioritizes those who were booked earlier. There are times that the Prayer Mountain is close for big functions.

Also please be reminded of the dress code since the place is a place for prayer and meditation. Strictly, NO sleeveless or revealing clothes, NO mini skirts, NO shorts and NO slippers allowed.

ABOUT THE PLACE:
:) Altitude is 10,311 feet above sea level
:) Area is 8 hectares (100,000 square meters)
:) The building structures were completed within six months of 24-hour non-stop construction in 1999
:) Three of the palatial buildings in yellow, blue and pink colors are named Millennial Houses
:) 60% of the flowers and plants in the entire vicinity were imported from around the world

PhP 250.00 Maintenance Fee
Just prepare extra amount when you get there for a cup of coffee or a sumptous snack/meal. And please don't leave the garden without bringing the beautiful Prayer Mountain's souvenir items.

GETTING THERE:
Getting to the garden will involve about an hour and a half drive if you are coming from the Davao City proper. If you are commuting, this entails an hour’s ride to Calinan proper plus 30 minutes on motorcycle, A.K.A. the habal-habal going to Tamayong.

  1. From downtown Davao, ride an L3/jeep bound to Calinan.
  2. From Calinan L3/jeep terminal, ride a habal-habal bound to Brgy. Tamayong's Prayer Mountain.
