No, the air doesn't smell of lemon, only faintly when you're really close to the trees. :-)

Mount Etna goes from sea level to 3,300 m with just about any climate & vegetation imaginable, even silver birches you would expect in Scandinavia rather than Southern Europe. I'll have more in the next video; it's in the works.

I believe you, I thought the whole field of mandarin and oranges would make the air smell like they do in Spain but it wasn't either but I still asked cause this is an island I wonder whether it would be different!

Yes, I remember the effect from the oranges in Florida. Perhaps it's because the lemons didn't seem to be quite ripe; this was the end of May. Or there is a difference between lemons and oranges in the first place?
