Your photo reminded me of a much worse building in which Chinese workers who came to my country lived. They were placed in such conditions that this building looks about the same as when they lived.
The TV is an intrusion of the state machine of propaganda. It forces people living in poverty to think that they live in a normal place. He makes the dictator a savior in the eyes of a naive people. Imposing fictitious values and hiding the real state of affairs is the main task of the state-controlled television.
But your building is exactly for stylistics quite good for creating a good horror film. My plot for example, a group of young people got into trouble and they are in danger. They flee and accidentally stumble upon this building. Naturally they hide there ... but later they meet something lifeless and mystical ... and in the end they understand that it is better to deal with living things than with the dead :) This is a story I composed without stopping, do not judge strictly :)
