Sorry, it has been a while since I posted last. I have been busy out looking at land, it has consumed a lot of my time here lately, and the cost of gas has also consumed most of my wallet. LOL!
I was in south Georgia and south Alabama the last week looking and have spotted a couple of possibilities that look good. I think the Alabama ones are better as it is unrestricted land and I will have no problems doing what I want on the property. It also has better soil productivity, as doing a community garden will be a good thing also.
In a couple of weeks, I will be going to Texas and Oklahoma to check on some land that might work also. This is all owner-financed land as I do not want to get into going to the banks for a loan. It is a work in progress.
Finding land for a nomad community to take a rest break and also to build or work on their vehicles is a challenge. As it is fun finding just the right place and right piece of land to do this. I is not going to be a quick thing and will take some time so please be patient and bear with me. This is a much-needed resource for the nomad community and will take time to get set up.
The land is the first step, so that is where I am concentrating my efforts right now. Then comes utilities, buildings, and some tools. It is an overwhelming task, at times, but it can be done. Trying my best to keep it in a place where the year-round temperatures are the best for living in a vehicle.
