Moab Food Review - Sunset Grill
Finally, after many days of not being able to cook as I do at home we came to a restaurant that I can say is worth the stop!

Sunset Grill is an amazing restaurant with an even more incredible view, food, service (thank you Wendell), and story!

Let's start with the food:
I started out with 2 different appetizers to try:

Appetizer 1 Bruschetta: it’s one of my most favorite types of appetizers if made correctly it will leave a refreshing taste in your mouth that is light and blissful. I would give this a 2 out of 5 stars.

Appetizer 2 Artichoke and cheese on house baguette: Not the first time having this type of combination, but it was definitely lacking 1 out of 5 stars.

It would seem as though it was a bad start, but I would say it get’s much better from here. I also have extremely high standards we are talking about Michelin 3-star restaurants.

Main Course
Filet on the daily special: Filet in Port Wine Reduction and wrapped in Bacon. The filet was cooked in a perfect medium rare. Which is unusual and surprising all at the same time. For my taste the reduction was a little too sweet and in my most humble opinion took away from the incredible texture of the meat. There was also a baked potato and vegies for the side which were good as well. Give this a 4 out of 5. Just because the sauce was too much but the temperature was perfect!

Salmon: The salmon was a fantastic dish and I highly recommend it. They cook the salmon on the rare side which I prefer as long as the fish is able to be served like that. This is a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Great dish.
