Are you now in Los Mochis Sinaloa if you spend the day there if you want to know a beautiful place I recommend the Benjamin Francis Johnston Botanical Garden is on Blvd. Antonio Rosales Sur 750, Centro, 81200 Los Mochis, Sin., Mexico a while ago a report on the place and it looks very nice.
I hope your stay at Los Mochis is safe, you try not to go out late at night.
Enjoy your trip very much
Have a beautiful day in Mexican skies

We did spend a night in Los Mochis, and we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we're no longer there. We would've loved to stay there a little longer, but it was the most expensive city we had been to and we're trying to travel on a budget.

I will continue your trip and if you want some tip on Mexico I will gladly help you.
Be very careful and do not travel at night and try to use toll roads are safer.
Where many Americans have made their home is San Miguel Allende Guanajuato is a small colonial city here I leave the Wikipedia link so you know about this beauty of the city.
I've been there and fell in love with this place. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Miguel_de_Allende
