When I was driving along Iceland's east coast, I saw some epic sceneries of glaciers and snowy mountains. Luckily for us, the sky was mostly clear on that time and we were able to see all the high mountain tops. It literally hurt my soul to drive past these sceneries and not staying at the side of the road longer to stare at the mountains and take photos of this. Time was already in evening and we had some places to be and 200kilometers to cover so we didn't have this time to stop after every 2 kilometers.
Many photos you see here are captured while driving, had no other choice lol. Not all of them are shot while driving, I still did some stops to let the beauty sink in me and take photos. Mountains on these photos reach up to 1900meters above sea level and I was driving on zero ground.
Probably for people that live in high mountainous areas, this isn't something special but I'm from Estonia, means no mountain country. To me these sights were surreal. Of course, glaciers are special because there aren't that many places in the world where these are located.
Too bad that Steemit won't let me upload a cool panorama here. I made this out of 5 separate photos but I think the dimensions are wrong for this platform :(
