Batu Caves is one of the places you may want to see if you are in Kuala Lumpur. It is a limestone hill that has a series of caves and cave temples in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia. It takes its name from the Sungai Batu, which flows past the hill. It is the tenth limestone hill from Ampang. It is approximately 17 kilometers away from the capital.
Expect crowd on the weekends , I paid the fee for 10 RM but I heard that it's free now.
I walked from my hotel to the nearest train station and get from there to batu cave station .
People speak excellent English so you can ask for directions .
Just be attentive to the train that you are about to take, their system is a bit tricky and many lines .
When you reached at the top , you will be fascinated by the height that you just accomplished.
Behind the statue, you are already entering the cave .
