I and my wife had traveled through Turkey and still on each excursion we discover something new. This is an amazing country with beautiful nature, wonderful climate, sandy beaches and amazing sea.
In Turkey, collected a huge number of monuments of ancient culture and architecture, many of which his age exceeds even the monuments of the Roman Empire and Ancient Greece.
We last visited Turkey in 2014. Our goal was to enjoy the natural wonders of Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis.
Here are some pics from the incredible place! These are all original photos taken using a Canon EOS 1200D.
The natural phenomenon Pamukkale is known throughout the world since ancient times.
To say that it's beautiful, nothing to say. Here is divine, but... really a lot of tourists. All go barefoot, so as not to damage the surface of travertine.
With not very high mountains runs high salinity water color menthol. On the way to the valley, it leaves behind a bright white sinter formations of calcite and travertine (pools with blue water).
The sun and night (with a special light) it all looks fantastic. It seems that during the summer the mountains are covered with snow.
Near the thermal springs once existed the ancient city of Hierapolis.
An impressive sight is an ancient amphitheater on the type of Coliseum.
It is clear that stones can't talk, but still am in awe of the thought that several thousand years ago, there was a completely different life.
