Bohemia is a Latin name for the Czech country, such as for example Ireland is Hibernia, France is Galia, Switzerland is Helvetia etc etc. Václav/Wenceslaus was a Czech prince. He was murdered in 935 by his brother and became the first Czech Saint, the Protector of the country and the nation. There are four other later Czech Saints behind him.
