Ah, Paris โ the city of lovers, so many romantic options, but where do we spend the night? Well now, you won't have a problem figuring this one out, because I found the perfect hotel!
I've been dreaming about staying at Hotel Grand Amour ever since randomly discovering it via Instagram. Then finally an opportunity arose to come stay at my hotel crush. Unfortunately, my other half couldn't join me, so I came here solo, and it was still the best experience ever! I've taken some photos and made a short video, that you will find at the end of this post, I hope you enjoy it, and leaves you wanting more ๐
Grand Amour Hotel
It looks like every other Parisian chic building from the outside, but as soon as you go indoors, its painfully beautiful interior (and some cheeky design choices), will make you want to lock yourself up and never leave until you've seen it all.
You'll be amongst lovers, singles, the young, the old, and creatives, lots of them. Especially at night, the courtyard becomes the place to be for the creative type. Dress-code is black. During daytime the courtyard is the perfect spot for meetings.
Andrรฉ Saraiva, a graffiti artist, created this hotel. You've probably already seen his most popular work, a huge smiley face with an x-eye. Besides graffiti, he does interior design, films, paintings, the list goes on and on. You will find his artwork all the way to your bedroom.
It was so cozy in my very blue room with shabby chic vibes. I choose a medium sized room. Upon arrival I was given the choice of either having a bathtub or shower (or both), and whether I'd like to look out to the street or courtyard. No TV, which I'm fine with. There are about 42 rooms (the numbers vary online. Andrรฉ has a permanent suite here too), and each room is uniquely designed.
As promised, here's my one minute travel diary that hopefully brings across my amazing "Paris for one night" experience ๐๐ป
Whenever I come back to Paris, I am heading straight back here to Grand Amour Hotel, until I've seen each one of their uniquely designed rooms and slowly go through their menu...
All the best

Have you heard about Dtube (dtube.video)? It's video platform connected to the Steem Blockchain where you can upload your videos (instead of publishing them on YouTube) :-)
