Boots sound like that was a bargain that brought great joy, price of crossing the bridge a dollar too far!

Awesome reading about the outing, yes ledges and edges in high up places not my cup of tea either... Hiking when young ended up traveling on my bum downhill more than any other form of conveyance known to man.

    Yes indeed, they were a steal, and who knew they came with the drive for adventure as part of the package. ;)

      Boots are made for walking...., enjoy. Shortcut downhill never a problem it is in getting to where you want to go. !LOLZ
