Wandering Buot Taop
spots, Cebu is one of the most progressive city in the Philippines.
But as some mountains converted in to plains, as some fishponds turns into sundivisions, Boot Taop has still remains into rural, still remain untouch and and away from civilization.
Covered with an immense large elevation of earths surface, Buot Taop is one of the mountainous barangay of Cebu City following Bonbon and Busay.
Going to province, visiting relatives is one of my favorite trip every summer vacation. This time it is not my relatives not even a segment of my blood line, but it is my partner's relatives.
As we are on our way to Buot, I am so excited because its been quite awhile since my last trek. And as a city boy or a man born in the city, it really amaze me being seemingly lost to place covered with things which is organically pure. The good thing about traveling to unfamiliar place is that no one knows you and you can do what ever you want.
As we reach the sitio where the PUJ can not get in we decided to just walk and just enjoy the ambience and the surroundings.
We pass a place which is full of coconut trees where the leaves of the coconut covers the place that makes it shady and gloomy.
While we are walking we are following this cute river just beside the road we are walking.
After an almost hour of walk we reach this bridge which states that we are half way on the place of my partner's relatives.
We conquer the heights and steep mountains and get through this vast woods that covers the whole place.
Following, after a few minutes of walk, we reach their place. There place is located just within the elevated mountains of Cebu City.
The houses there are just few and if you see group of houses the owner are just relatives or just family building a little community.
I get to know my partners relatives and get to meet and greet them. His relatives are very welcoming.
Well, hospitality has been part of us Filipinos. We are very welcoming with our visitors, in fact Filipino has been known for being so friendly especially with tourist or foreigner.
This place is indeed breath taking, amazing, jaw dropping, mesmerizing.
White clouds put colors into the sky. The combination of the white fluffy clouds, blue like sea sky and the green mountains trees will surely let you appreciate the entire place.
Imagine yourself saturated with nature ; trees, mountains, flowers, fresh air, pure fog, no smoke from iron running thing called cars, no traffic, no pollution.
See? Amazing!! All are naturally natural.
If urban places or city has its mall where you can bought goods or foods to eat. Rural place may do not have big infrastructures and buildings but they got also it all for you. If mall offers variety of foods Buot mall which is the farm of my partners relatives where you picked different types of fruits and vegetables to eat.
And the good thing about foods in farm, it is fresher than those who are in the market. No preservatives and no chemicals, not synthetic. In fact together with my partners relatives and siblings, we are having fun harvesting some vegetables.

Harvested some Cayenne Pepper.
These are pictures of flowers that we pass while we are exploring Bonbon.
And during night, your eyes will truly be amaze with the dots of stars that will surely left you gazing the sky for long.
You do not need to go out of the country just for you to appreciate and enjoy life. Try to unwrap the beauty of nature, try to discover new things and appreciate every little things that is unusual to you, and you will realize that there are a lot of beautiful places just with in the City.
