Thank you so much for writing this great post. I wholeheartedly agree that international travel definitely breaks down the old American prejudices very well. I've also lived abroad for some years now, mostly around Southeastern Asia. It's funny because I often feel like telling my friends about how much better and different life is here, but I don't know how to say it without seeming offensive to them. Thoughts?
