I was in Salar de Uyuni earlier this year. It was an absolute highlight of the trip. April is already at the end of rain season but luckily there was still a chance to see the mirror effect. Went there to see the sunset, it was a wonderful experience to walk on the salt flats. The mirror effect feels like walking on the sky. And you know what? After a day and night on the salt flat, my hair tasted salty too. Interesting.
