Stayed in Chungking Mansion in September. Didn't notice much of a difference to before. The guest houses actually seem to get worse. This was the 1st time that I used a visa agency to get a visa for China, because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.
Hong Kong as such is a very nice place, but the hotels are too expensive for my taste. I rather stay in Dongguan & then just have a shopping trip to HK.
