Have you ever been to Powell's city of books in Portland, Oregon? It is the worlds largest bookstore, housing over 1 million new and used books. You could literally spend all day exploring this bookstore, as it takes up a whole entire block! If you are a book lover, this is the place for you.
When I went to Portland with my friend, @acrobutterfly, we decided to explore Powell's City of Books, the acroyogi way. You might ask what that means? Let's just say that we were monkeying around in the isles... You will have to watch the @dtube video to find out.

yayyyyyyy thanksโ for the info. and you know The worldโs largest bookstore opened last year in Tehran, Iran. The Book Garden is measures 154,000 square feet and has 12 miles of shelves packed with millions of books.

Yah, Powell's is amazing, love that place. It is or was the largest privately owned. One square block and three or four flours. Just the cookbook section takes half a day. Glad you got to experience it. I miss that place.

Hi, Karen. As a book reader, I would love to be in this bookstore and explore the sections which interest me the most. I love being inside a bookstore and it's a place I do not wish to leave once I am in. Surprisingly, I have never felt a thing about spending money, or too much money, on books while I do think about petty purchases. Haha!
@acrobutt (pun intended) is amazing with her acroyogic manoeuvres.
I hope bookstores stick around. They were one of my favourite places to go when I was a kid. But I never did crazy stunts or anything in them? Lol
