GOODBYE KUWAIT, HELLO LONDON!
Hello guys! I'm making this blog right now while I'm waiting for my third flight here in Heathrow Terminal 2.
With my previous travel blog, #12, I have mentioned that I'll be sharing to you my next trip after Kuwait.
After Kuwait, we transferred to another gate and we have to wait for less than an hour for our connecting flight to London. I board the same airline, Kuwait Airlines but in a different plane, and it was a 6-hour flight.
We left Kuwait at around 5AM (9AM in the Philippines).
This was the view from our window. and that's the moon.
A menu was given to us during the flight and you get to choose what you want.
Meals were then served a few minutes and it was a bit more English this time.
We had breads, a croissant, omelette with mozarella stick and sausages, Sunkist juice, and slices of pears and pineapples.
They still have the same in-flight services with our flight to Kuwait and for this time, I watched Breathe, a movie about a 'responaut', Robin Cavendish.
During this flight, landing cards were also given to us for immigration purposes. We had to fill it up as early as we could so that when we reach Heathrow, we just had to give it to the immigration officer and expedite the process.
I inserted it in my passport because all the information in it is confidential.
Nonetheless, since it was again a long trip, I was able to sleep for a couple of hours. Pillows and blankets were also provided and the second meal was given.
The second meal was actually a snack.
We had had to choose between a cup of tea or coffee. I had tea and a blueberry cupcake on the side.
Their in-flight entertainment monitor also serves as your screen for the camera's on board. You would see the view from the front or below the plane.

We arrived Heathrow at around 10AM. We had to transfer from Terminal 4 to Terminal 2 for our next and last flight.
We used the free transfer services of the airport. It was less of a hassle as everything was automated and yes, we got to ask a few people to help us get around one of the biggest airport in the world.
As for now, I'll end my blog here as I'm waiting for my last flight before I reach my destination.
All the love from London 🇬🇧,
