1st Day 5th June 2017
- Reach lunch hour and short tour around the place
- Helped to unload the kayaks on ground and little of preparation for the kayak.
- Started to jump in the water about 2:30 pm- paddled about 10 km.
- We passed it- This amount usually we practice in Putrajaya Lake
2nd Day 6th June 2017
Morning exercise- 6:30 am
resting/ changing/ breakfast hours
2nd paddling, 8:30am-1: 30 pm in the water
we went against current and wind
It wasn't an easy as some of us think
we struggled but we keep paddling it
paddled for 17 km
3rd Day 7th June 2017
Morning exercise as usual
Breakfast &set up for kayak
the same amount of km just not with current and wind this time
the weather was really hot paddling day
4th Day 8th June 2017
Passed out 3 days straight kayak
managed to paddle today as well
morning exercise wasn't as usual
started routines exercises quite late nearly 9 am
we paddled about 9km this time go and return
back to the campsite
rest/ changing/ lunch hours
loaded kayak to the lorry
snap memories and depart
we made it these 4 days kayaks
so proud
