PS: I have been twice to Santorini, but never to the rest. The pictures are amazing! I need some sushis.
Edit: I wrote sushis instead of sunshine... I will leave the sushis there... It just sounds fun :D

Ahahahahaha! Sushis are the most famous traditional delicacies of our mountain villages! Yes, after greek salad (choriatiki) ! :P

Just kidding about the mountain villages, although we do have similar recipes, dolmadakia: vine leaves stuffed with rice and minced meat (optional), but no raw animal parts in them!
Raw is fine, as long as they are dead :D
