With two pictures from my hometown Graz I wish you a good night.
The Duke's courtyard - also known as a painted house - is located in the Herrengasse. This building was first mentioned in 1360 and its front is completely painted.
The clock tower on top of the castle hill is the landmark of Graz and was part of the Graz fortress. On the occasion of the capture of this fortress by the French, the clock tower should also be cut down, but Graz citizens bought it free.
