I knew Chamonix casually, when my hostel room friend in Geneva, said to me that the town not was so far (about one hour of the Geneva bus station), and if I didn't visit it, I would be feel sorry after that came back to home.

The old train from Chamonix to the Le Montenvers station

To reach the top of the mountain, it was necessary to take a red train ( kind of tram) from Charmonix to the station of Le Montenvers. The journey time is approximately twenty minutes.

Le Montenvers Valley

Unfortunately, when I arrived on the top there were no more cable cars to go down in the valley and to visit the ice galleries, So I decided to walk around the place, and to take some pics to remembrances.
