Hi, i saw your comment on my post. I checked your posts and they are good but i was expecting more pictures and on some posts more text content. I saw that you wrote about not going much out in Dubai and not geting enough vitamin D. But you eat fish and they got a lot of vitamin D on their skin XD

And yes, that's one of the reasons why I adopted a pescatarian lifestyle: to have more reasons to eat fish. But even though I eat fish almost everyday, I can only get more or less 1000 IU of vitamin D from it. That's why I also take cod liver oil every night as a vitamin D supplement.
