@luvabi, I visited Siquijor two years ago, month of September. I'm not sure what festival is that, to be honest! Hahaha! But yes, there are many stunning places in Siquijor though some beaches r under-developed.
That's the beauty of Siquijor, its untouched scenery and virgin beaches.
