Very interesting! I'm a little familiar with the history of the Delphic games, but Your photos and clear story gave me a lot more insight about this unique place. I like Your writing style and good photos. Thanks, @marymik23

Thanks for the comment, I really like talking to people with whom there are common interests.
How did you get involved with the Delphic Games?
I did not write about it in the post... When I was engaged in pr for a network of beauty salons, we sent hairdressers to participate in these games )
heh, my husband is a lover of the history of the ancient world including. He's a very good storyteller. All that is sometimes not very clear to me - he is able to explain very clearly and popular. If we were traveling in this place, he would be very interested in what concerns the historical direction, and I would focus on landscapes, nature and photography :). So we complement each other.
My husband also knows the story well, we travel together. But in Greece, I myself chose what exactly we must see, and I prepared for him a story about this )
I like the beautiful and bright nature in the photos. Our St. Petersburg 150 shades of gray that for a long time look too tiring, so I immediately react to bright colors. For me always a mystery about the acoustics in the amphitheatre. How is it possible so to design without special tools. Do you know anything about that?
I saw St. Petersburg and in sunny weather, it is beautiful!
Concerning acoustics, I think it's a matter of the natural landscape that architects used. It turns out that the theater scene is located facing the mountain and the sound is reflected from it.
Those who come on Sunny days-the city is very festive. It can be said that you are too lucky to see it Sunny. Of course he is beautiful at any time of the year. Just perception and impressions are always different. Thanks for answering my question :)
I studied there and lived for a while, I saw that the city is different. Yes, it's always beautiful!
