Great post! Many stuff sounds so familiar! I travel a lot as well, most places luckely have some amazing vegan food. The Happy Cow is my big friend everywhere to find some nice spots :)
And yes... it's such a pitty airline food & on airports is so unhealthy. There's a lot work to do for them..
