During my holidays in September I went hiking with my friends in the mountains of Chefchouen in northern Morocco More precisely in Akchour,a very beautiful place that is too well known in Morocco and abroad.
We woke up early at 6 am. and we took the bus from chefchaouen To akchour . it takes at least 20 minutes,then We had to hike the mountain.
There are two waterfalls, the first one is small you can reach it in one hour of walking.and the big waterfall after 2 hours of walking.

Really, we had unforgettable moments.
I would like to share with you some benefits of the hikes
-hiking is a good way to reduce or even erase the stress accumulated during the week.
-when you go hiking you do tourism and sport at the same time;
-hiking acts on physical health. In this way, we will have the opportunity to take care of our body and to perceive our limits. Like any other outdoor sport, especially in the mountains, it develops our breathing capacity, nothing like the invigorating air of the mountain and come into contact with nature.
