Monument to Charles IV is installed on the Křížovník area, near Charles Bridge. On the bridge once passed carriages. Until 1908 - the horse. Then the trams. And only from the seventies of the twentieth century, the bridge became completely pedestrian. Koim is still today.
That's just slowly wander through it, admiring the surroundings you will not succeed - there is always a crowd.
