The house is made so that it seems that it is about to collapse, but this is only a visual illusion due to the unevenness of its lines.
The best architects worked on it and used the newest equipment to create it, but the project was managed by the president himself. They managed to create the effect of a falling house, frozen in dance. This house is also popularly called "Ginger and Fred", as these towers remind a little of a dancing couple. When walking through the streets of Prague, such a building, of course, is knocked out of the traditional buildings of the XIX-XX century. In this house there is now an office center, and on one of its last floors there is a large French restaurant. In 2016 there was opened a four-star hotel.
