Thank you for sharing this. This is a fantastic post. With those steep trekking route paths this would be great for someone to start up a training boot camp for people to lose some body weight. Imagine if people were walking up and down those trekking paths for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks. The weight would just melt off them. Your photos are amazing too!

I think you are absolutely right! But even to get up there once was quite a hard training!;-)

When I was in La Paz in Bolivia we used to drink coca leaf tea for the first few days to adjust to the high attitude there. So your more glowing and flowing with the thin air. You go for a run within your first 24 hours there it will feel like the hand of god is pressing down on your sterum. Your profile posts are pretty impressive like and many thanks for sharing with us all on here too!
