I'm pretty much 100% he couldn't scuba dive because of his extremely complicated medical condition... but snorkeling on a reef is more likely as a possibility to experience the underwater world.
If I ever make it to the Philippines I would definitely want to visit him to say hello, and help make snorkeling a reality if possible 🙂
I am waiting for a change of government in my country.
here everything is in ruins. the economy, society, values. it's a nightmare.
I just hope I do not get old with the current situation, here in Venezuela.
I am sure that together we can make a good work project, dedicated to diving. I hope the block chain Steem can give us financial freedom in the future.
My joints ache all over and have a breathlessness issue so I do not think I can do it although I would love to @marsella-2017
It would be a success. once I took a 75 year old old man to dive
and my father of 66 years also.
